Today we will be sharing one of our favorite recipes... Smoked Mozzarella stuffed meatballs.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
- HALF POUND SMOKED MOZZARELLA
- QUARTER CUP GRATED CHEESE
- QUARTER CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
- 1 TABLESPOON FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY
- 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
- SALT & PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
DIRECTIONS:
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCLUDING THE SMOKED MOZZARELLA) UNTIL BLENDED TOGETHER
- CUBE THE SMOKED MOZZARELLA
- START ROLLING THE MEATBALLS AND STUFF ONE CUBE OF SMOKED MOZZARELLA INTO EACH
- BAKE THE MEATBALLS AT 350°F FOR 30-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROW
- USE AS AN APPETIZER OR COOK IN SAUCE TO SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE PASTA
