Smoked Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

Today we will be sharing one of our favorite recipes... Smoked Mozzarella stuffed meatballs.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
  • HALF POUND SMOKED MOZZARELLA
  • QUARTER CUP GRATED CHEESE
  • QUARTER CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1 TABLESPOON FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY
  • 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
  • SALT & PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
DIRECTIONS:

  1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCLUDING THE SMOKED MOZZARELLA) UNTIL BLENDED TOGETHER

  2. CUBE THE SMOKED MOZZARELLA

  3. START ROLLING THE MEATBALLS AND STUFF ONE CUBE OF SMOKED MOZZARELLA INTO EACH

  4. BAKE THE MEATBALLS AT 350°F FOR 30-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROW

  5. USE AS AN APPETIZER OR COOK IN SAUCE TO SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE PASTA
